Uninstallation

To uninstall PRTG Network Monitor:

• Select the Add/Remove Programs option from the computer's Control Panel.
• Select PRTG Network Monitor from the list of programs.
• Click the Remove button to uninstall the program.

Or select the "Uninstall PRTG Network Monitor" icon from the PRTG Network Monitor group in the Start|Programs menu.

Note: During uninstallation, your monitoring data will not be removed automatically.

After the completion of the uninstallation process of the software please check the PRTG Network Monitor installation folder and delete all remaining files that you do not want to keep. Also, please check the "\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Paesser\PRTG Network Monitor\V7" (Windows XP) folder for remaining data files which are not automatically removed.
